Folkeklubben is a rising fast within the Danish music scene. Shortly after they released their first LP they played for a packed audience at Pumpehuset. I did a photo feature on the day.

In 2010 the noise rockers Health from Los Angeles launched a sonic attack on Loppen. Brilliant! I did a feature from the show for danish Magazine Soundvenue. The band is currently working on their third studioalbum which is supposed to be more “fun”. I just hope they will pass by Loppen again. Until then: Die Slowly.

Soft Moon live at Loppen, Copenhagen, March 2013. The portrait was done with the light from visuals that The Soft Moon had created for their show. The light was actually white to the naked eye. I used a very fast shutter speed to capture the way the projector mixed the white light from RGB. That resulted in these unpredictable color patterns. The visuals are also used in the video below. I took a few shorts of The Men when they did a show in Stengade, Copenhagen. I really enjoy their 2012 album ‘Open Your Heart’. Here they are performing the title track at Pitchfork Festival.
